Our 7 Bedroom Villa is located in a gated community, exclusive to Residents, Hotel and Guests. This luxury community offers the assurance of 24/7 security, to put your mind at ease and relax on your vacation.

Playacar also has its own unique charm with beautiful pathways around the community for your morning run or a bike ride in the sun. With endless activities, like The Hard Rock Golf Course, historic ruins, restaurants, boutiques, white sandy beaches and a short walk to the famous 5th Avenida you will be destined to enjoy your trip to Playa del Carmen!

Most beaches in Playacar are reserved for resorts. However, there is one beach access that is about 10-15 minute walk from the house and is on the bottom of Galo de Penacho past Arrecife Xaman-Ha in Fase 1. It is a quiet beach in which you will want to bring your own towels, blankets, food and drinks.

If you are looking for a more lively beach with restaurants, shopping and more (close to 5th Avenida), you will want to go into Centro which is a 20+ minute walk out of Playacar or a 5 minute taxi for 150-200 pesos.

Getting around

Taxis are easily available inside Playacar and in Centro of Playa del Carmen.

There is bus stops in Playacar for the Collectivo local bus to take you around the city for the best price!

Welcome to your luxurious 7 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in Playacar, Playa del Carmen, Mexico. This stunning vacation rental offers everything you need for the ultimate getaway with family and friends.

As you enter, you are welcomed with large open foyer with two bedrooms and a bathroom, the kitchen, dining room, bar and living room area. Through the glass sliding door you will see the back yard, pool with fountain, lounge seating, and outdoor dining area.

To access the upstairs you will have to use one of the 2 spiral staircases. There is 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 patios, a jet tub and a common area!

Kitchen & Dining

Our large kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for preparing all yours meals. Whether it is a simple breakfast, quick snack, or a full dinner. We also have inside and outside dinning as well as bar seating to accommodate everyone.

The Bar

We have separate bar area with its own full size beverage fridge, sink and bar top. This area is stocked with anything you would need to make cocktails.

Living Room

We have 2 comfortable couches with a coffee table and a HD TV. There are streaming apps available however you will need to sign into your own accounts.

Bedroom 1.

Our 1st bedroom on the main floor has a large king sized bed with pillows and blankets to ensure a high level of comfort needed for you to have a good sleep throughout the night. This room also has a bunk bed with 2 twin mattresses making it the perfect bedroom for families. All AC’s and ceiling fans are remote controlled.

Bedroom 2.

Our 2nd Bedroom also has a king sized bed with pillows and blankets. Wardrobe dresser and closet with plenty of space for you belongings. This bedroom has a table top area and chair for remote workers, as well as access to the main bathroom on the 1st floor. All AC’s and ceiling fans are remote controlled.

Bathroom Downstairs

Access to this bathroom is from the main entrance hallway and the second bedroom. Stocked with essential toiletries, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own.

Bedroom 3.

Our 3rd Bedroom also has a king sized bed with pillows and blankets. We have a closet with hangers as well as a storage shelf for your personal belongings. All AC’s and ceiling fans are remote controlled.

On the upstairs floor, is a bathroom with a shower. Stocked with essential toiletries, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own.

2nd Upstairs Bathroom

On the upstairs floor, is a second bathroom with shower, dual sink and external jet tub. Stocked with essential toiletries, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own.

Bedroom 7.

Our 7th Bedroom is at the very back of the upstairs floor, which also has a king sized bed with pillows and blankets. This room has a dresser and right outside this room is a jet tub! All AC’s and ceiling fans are remote controlled.

Outdoor Areas

One of the highlights of this villa is the outdoor private pool area, surrounded by lush greenery and complete with plenty of sun loungers and seating. It’s the perfect spot to soak up the sun, relax with a good book, or take a refreshing dip in the pool.

Laundry Room

Our laundry room is located outside towards the water fountain attached to the pool and the outdoor spiral staircase. There is a washer and dryer for you to use. Please use responsibly. Will only be available to guests staying 5 days or more.

House Staff

We have a gardener and pool maintenance that take care of the exterior of the home 2-3 times per week. They do not enter the house as they have access to the side gates and will usually get their jobs done in the morning.

The house comes with a housekeeper who will do one cleaning during your stay after 11am. If you would like additional cleaning there will be an extra charge. The cleaner will be available to clean up the house by doing dishes, changing sheets, making the beds and cleaning the bathrooms during your stay.

We can provide transportation to and from the airport as well as a private chef to cook meals for you for an additional charge. Must be organized a week or more before your stay.

Guest access
Access to our home is in a secure gated community called Playacar in Playa del Carmen. When entering the casitas (security gates) show them the address and let them know you have rented a vacation home.

You will need wrist bands to come and go and will be available for pick up at the Playacar office showing proof of reservation. If you are arriving late or on a Sunday, please let us know in advance and we will have our guest services manager drop the wrist bands off at the house for your stay.
Other things to note
We have exterior security cameras at the front entrance and driveway, as well as the back yard fence area, where the golf course is located.

All sliding doors have a keys inside the locks. Please do not remove these and make sure to lock when you leave the home. We also have wooden stopper sticks in each sliding door downstairs for extra security. Please remove when open and put back in place when closed and locked.

Garbage bins are on the outside of the house by the driveway. Cleaners will typically do this for you. However if they are not there and you need to dispose of this you can bring it out into the bin and the city will pick it up in the mornings daily.

Please No Smoking Inside

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 USD for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

We kindly ask that you do not exceed the total amount of 16 guests in this home at all times.
